If you have not received a transfer, email code e-voucher Lakuemas, quota internet or airasia top-up points within 2/3 working days from the day you submitted the form, please contact the Regalo Whatsapp Redemption Center at 0811-8408-258.
I. Paper Voucher must be claimed at Regalo’s office in Panin Tower 15th floor, Senayan City (Jl. Asia Afrika Lot. 19, Jakarta 10270), during the date and time chosen. If the chosen date and hour change, please contact the Regalo Whatsapp Redemption Center on day before the previously selected claiming date.
When claiming the voucher, please bring your real identity card (KTP/SIM) as well as a photocopy. If the claiming process needs to be handled by someone else, please prepare a power of attorney letter for the person in charge of claiming the voucher.
II. E-voucher will be send at the earliest of 3 working days. If you have not received the e-voucher, please contact the Regalo Redemption Center on WhatsApp. If there is no information that the e-voucher has not been received within 20 Calendar Days, it will be presumed that the user has received it.
Regalo will transfer to bank/wallet accounts, mail gold e-vouchers, send quota or top-up your airasia account using the information you submitted on the form. That being said, Regalo is not responsible if the data you provided contains inaccuracies.
